We want you to love what you wear. If something doesn't fit right, you have 7 days from delivery to request a return.

Eligibility

• Item must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging with tags attached
• Innerwear, socks and sale items are final sale
• Return pickup is free across serviceable pincodes

How to return

1. Email thedearhouse.help@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number
2. We'll schedule a reverse pickup within 2 business days
3. Once we receive and inspect the item (2–4 days) we'll process your refund

Refund timelines

• Prepaid orders: refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
• COD orders: refunded via UPI or bank transfer within 5–7 business days
